A beach wedding in Hawaii requires a Beach Use Permit. We take care of it

The Hawaiian government requires beach use permits for all weddings performed on beaches. These permits must be applied for by a wedding officiant who is licensed in the State of Hawaii, the Bride and Groom are not allowed to obtain a beach permit themselves.

All beach use permits must be made out for the specific date and time of the event, which must not exceed 2 hours.

Hawaii also requires proper insurance coverage of all wedding vendors such as photographers and musicians. This is a cumbersome process, which, if not handled correctly, can result in a $5000 dollar government fine.

Maui Boutique Weddings will take care of everything. We will apply for and organize the beach use permit for your wedding. We will also take care of all required insurance for your wedding vendors. With our wedding experts taking care of all the complicated details, all you have left to do is focus on Champagne and Mai Tais.
