Makena Cove Beach (Maui's Secret Beach)

This tiny cove is also nicknamed "Secret Beach." It is nestled between two residential areas away from the crowds and a little difficult to find because you cannot see it from the road. Makena Cove has lava rocks and palm trees for picture backgrounds and as a wedding location it works for small beach weddings with up to 10 guests. This beach has no restrooms and there is limited parking space available alongside the road.

Palauea Beach

This hidden gem of a beach is located next to Polo Beach and flies under the tourist radar. Along with the stunning blue waters and white sands, this beach has beautiful flowers in the background. Sometimes it is also called 'White Rock Beach'.

Po'olenalena Beach

Po'olenalena Beach has beautiful golden sand, some lava rocks and palm trees for your wedding picture backgrounds. This flat beach allows for lovely footprints-in-the-sand pictures. It is a long beach with plenty of space to find a secluded spot for your ceremony. This beach is very accessible with plenty of parking and very well-suited for larger wedding parties.

Makena Big Beach

This is one of the largest beaches in Maui and has a remarkable lava rock cliff at one end which makes for some amazing picture backdrops. It is a long and open beach, which also has some cozy spots that are perfect for a romantic ceremony. Makena Big Beach has plenty of parking space available and works well for larger wedding parties. (Notes: Makena Big Beach requires a special permit to be applied for 90 days in advance, so this is no beach for last-minute elopements!)

Kamaole Beach Park

Kamaole Beach has a large grassy lawn and plenty of parking. It’ is a popular Maui beach with more visitors than the other beaches but it also has stunning views.

Polo Beach

Polo Beach is a destination beach and is located next to the famous Fairmont and Four Seasons hotels. It’s a great option if you plan to have a fancy cocktail hour or reception dinner at either hotel.

Kapalua Bay Beach

Kapalua Beach is a popular Maui beach with light-colored sand, lava rock formations and stunning views of the island Molokai in the distance. From this wedding location you can walk to the famous Merriman's restaurant, no need to put on your shoes, there is an entrance right on the beach! The Merriman’s is the best place on the island for a romantic dinner after your wedding ceremony, or have a reception dinner right on the beautiful seaside deck in your private gazebo. It’s a special location with incredible food, magazine worthy décor and often whales breaching in the distance. We will be happy to take care of the difficult-to-get reservations for you!

Oneloa (Ironwood) Beach

Oneloa or Ironwood Beach is one of those places you hear about but are never able to find. Well, we have found it for you. It is a stunning secluded white sand beach with gorgeous natural rock formations. The photo opportunities here are endless. There are natural stone steps that are great for posing as well as a natural wedding dais that also works as a perfect table for wedding cupcakes. In addition, you get there via an idyllic wood boardwalk, which makes accessing the beach very easy, but more importantly, gives you yet another backdrop for romantic pictures.
It looks like a movie set, except that it was formed thousands of years ago just for you.

D.T. Fleming Beach Park

This is Maui’s historic beach named after the man who introduced the pineapple to Hawaii. A great choice due to its variety of location options for the wedding ceremony. You could get married in a grove of Ironwood and palm trees with views of the beach, next to a small lagoon and of course, directly on the beach with beautiful Ironwood trees in the background. This beach is very easy to get to and it is wheelchair accessible. DT Fleming Beach has plenty of parking, restrooms and is ideal for larger wedding parties.

Napili Bay

Napili Bay is great for smaller groups of 2-6. It is a cozy beach with stunning views of Molokai. At Napili Bay you can have your wedding ceremony while standing on a small plateau of flat lava rocks, as the waves crash behind you.

The most beautiful weddings in Maui happen under a canopy of sunshine with the ocean as the altar. Elope to Hawaii and marry on Maui's North Shore!

Baldwin Beach Park

Baldwin Beach is an out-of-the-way beach on the Eastern shore of Maui, near the small town of Paia. Here you will have an amazing picture backdrop of the mountain range of Puu Kukui. Baldwin Beach has beautiful crashing waves, bright blue water, Ironwood trees in the background and a very long stretch of sand.
